Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation for services must be made online 48hrs prior to appointment. Within 48 hrs 50% of service will be charged to the card on file. In the event of a SAME-DAY cancellation or a "NO- SHOW" your deposit will be 100% of service will be charged to the card on file. All services are non-refundable, but I will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon for a correction.
